A public liability insurance
policy insures the Insured against;-
(A)
All sum which
the Insured shall become
legally liable to pay as
damages or compensation
in respect of
1. bodily injury to or
illness to third parties
2. loss of or damage to
third parties’ property
occurring within the territorial
limits during the period
of insurance as a result
of an accident and arising
in connection with the business
or contract of the Insured
(B)
All costs and expenses
of litigation
1. recovered by any
claimant against the Insured
or
2. incurred with the written
consent of the Insurer
in respect of a claim
against the insured for
damages or compensation
to which the indemnity
expressed in this policy
applies.
