Accident Insurance is an annual policy
which provides protection against
death, bodily injury or disability
caused solely by violent, accidental,
external and visible means. In addition,
this insurance also covers the risks
of murder or assault and hijacking,
food poisoning, riot and lightning.
It also includes drowning, harmful
insect and animal bites, suffocation
by smoke, fumes and poisoning gases.

Benefits (III) and (IV) may only be
insured if Benefit (I) and (II) are
covered. Benefits (V) may only be
insured if one or more of benefits
(I) to (IV) are covered.
The aggregate of all percentage payable
in respect of any one accident of
any one insured person, shall not
exceed 100%. In the event of a total
of 100% having been paid, all insurance
shall immediately cease to be in force
in respect of the insured person.
All other losses smaller than 100%
if having been paid, shall reduce
the respective insured person’s
coverage under Benefit I and II by
that amount from the date of accident
until expiry of the Policy.

Influence of alcohol or drugs; |

Committing or attempting to
commit criminal act; |

Hernia of any kind. |
